K.G. Sections – CBSE Unit, Harni
In the present scenario, where everything has become so expensive, our students of Sr.KG. have realized the need of the hour.
They prepared a photoframe using ‘Best out of Waste’. They decorated it with leaf printing and candy sticks.

Toys are the most desired and admired gifts for children. What could be more interesting and self- satisfying for a child when he can make it himself?

This beautiful sense of joy was experienced by the children of Jr.KG. when they made rattles out of match boxes, candy sticks and pebbles.

As of today, where the morals and values of a family are being forgotten, our tiny-tots of Jr.KG. and Sr.KG. showed us the importance of the family.

They dressed up as various members of the family and spoke a few lines about their role.

For the smooth and systematic functioning of the school and for enhancing the child’s performance, it is very important for the parents to be aware of the rules and regulations of the school.

An initiative in this regard was taken up by the school management on 28.6.2011 and 29.6.2011 where the parents of Sr.KG. & Jr.KG. students were upgraded with the latest techniques and the general rules and regulations, of the school.

Education does not mean imparting of knowledge only in the classrooms. Children learn more through first hand experiences and field trips. One such step towards imparting knowledge, was undertaken to bring the children of Sr.KG. more close to their city, by organizing ‘City Ride’ as a part of Educational field trip.

They visited various parts of the city and were overjoyed to see the Contemporary buildings and structures from our glourious past alike.

Colours are the essence of life. A child’s life is full of vivid colours. The red colour symbolizes joy and happiness. A child’s life too is full of joy, happiness and excitement, and thus he gets attracted towards it. Our little children of Jr.KG. celebrated ‘Red Day’ by wearing red coloured Costumes and recognizing the red coloured objects around them. They all looked pretty in bright red colour.

School is the important and essential part of a child’s life. The various fantasies and facts of life are built and taught here. The inquisitiveness of the children of Jr.KG. about their school was satisfied by taking them around the various areas/ compartments in their school.

One of the most important festivals celebrated by the young girls of Gujarat is Gauri Vrat. Little girls observed fast for 5 days and worshipped ‘Gauri’. They then enjoyed the food related to the fast such as shrikhand, dry fruits, etc.

Finally the drip-drop rain has started ! The tiny-tots of Play Centre were all ready with blue coloured dress and slipper and props like umbrella & raincoats. They were excited to play in the rain and enjoy the weather which generates life. They enjoyed doing various activities such as

(i) Collage Activity
(ii) Rain Play
(iii) Watet Cycle
