Teachers very enthusiastically took part in Rangoli making, thus making the Diwali Celebration more colourful.

| Vanche Gujarat Abhiyan |
In lieu of Vanche Gujarat Abhiyan and to create public awareness for inculcating reading habits among the students ‘Mass Reading Programme’ was organised on 30th Oct 2010. in the morning in the school premises.
The Trustee members of the Bright Day School, Director Sir Shree Jayendrabhai Shah, Principals, Teachers, Students, Librarian and the invited guests participated in this programme. The programme was inaugurated by blowing of the conch and recitation of shlokas.
The programme was a grand success as everybody participated most enthusiastically by reading together and maintaining the ethics of the programme.
The Director Sir motivated the students by giving a speech on the importance of developing reading habits right from childhood.

| Diwali Celebration |
| To mark the festival of lights the students of STD 8th and 9th participated enthusiastically in the Rangoli Competition and Diya making Competition. The students displayed their artistic talents by making beautiful Rangoli Designs and decorating the earthen lamps by painting on it and decorating it with glitters. The students presented their teachers with hand made Diwali Greeting Cards. |
