Avantika has always raised various platforms for students by organizing competitions in different field. The theme of this year Avantika Essay, Greeting Card and Colouring Competition was Defining Future. If not me, then who? If not now then when?

Students proved themselves by gaining prizes.

Team of three students prepared charts and model under the able guidance of Ms. Renu Jadeja and Mr. Nimesh Joshi showing classification of animals on the basis of their habitat and their adaptation. They also gave the message to save these natural habitat to save endangered species. Their model and charts were adjudged best among other 20 entries from different school of cities and was awarded 1st prize.

The school is an approach that opens the door to the vivid festivals of India providing detailed information regarding the rituals, traditions and legends. Students and the school atmosphere looked very colourful with children playing garba on musical beats. Children enjoyed and were overwhelmed with such celebration. Children performing best Garba were given attractive gifts.

Importance of Children’s Day was delivered through a speech by our Hon. Principal Ms. Shobha R. in English, H.M. Ms. Gijanjali Sarkar in Hindi and Supervisor Ms. Rajeshwari Desai in Gujarati. Students wore colourful dresses. It was time for the Bright staff to shower their love on these little ones. So teachers sang songs and various activities like collage work, paper ball pasting, sand pasting, paper-folding, vegetable painting and leaf painting was held. A tattoo was designed on each students arm and greeting card was given to every child by the Management. |

The school was decorated with lovely lanterns, lamps, rangolis, flowers and glittering charts. Students and teachers gave speech on Why is Diwali celebrated? A feelings of oneness was felt as both teachers & students greeted each other happiness, prosperity and progress. |

Workshop focused on building science concept through practical experiments. Main aim was to make education more interesting and easy and to improve quality of education with new ideas and techniques.

Nearly 70 teachers from Bright unit attended the workshop. To set a feeling of oneness many unit Heads not only attended the workshop but participated & stood shoulder by shoulder in every activity held by the Faculty.
Teachers found the workshop stimulating and interesting. They also enjoyed the hot snacks and delicious lunch.
