Gurupurnima was celebrated on 15th July 2011. The chanting of shloka from the Geeta was done during the assembly by students and the teachers. The students also presented speeches to give respect and show reverence for their teachers.

Best out of Waste Competition was held on 6th Aug’ 2011

Rakshabandhan  13th Aug’ 2011.
The students had fun on rakshabandhan. The girls tied rakhis to the boys and the students were made aware about the significance of the festivals.

Dental Check up camp was held on 18th Aug’ 2011 for students.
Eco Club Activity : 16th Aug to 26th  Aug’ 2011 Students lived their precious moments in the laps of mother nature by visiting Kamatibaug. In botanical Garden they learnt about different plants and Trees and their effect in day to day environment.

Janmasthmi was celebration by students on 25th Aug’ 2011.
Patriotic Song Competition was held on   27th Aug’ 2011.

To develop social skill the students collected money by selling the old news papers and visited Jalaram Mandir and donated food grains for anna shetra, they also visited “Arya Fatehsinh anath Ashram” and distributed stationary items chocolates and biscuits to the children. They also visited “Seva Tirth” rehabilitation centre for the handicapped. The students brought gifts like clothes, books, bags, caps, stationary items, imitation jewelry, chocolates and biscuits for them.

The students spent time with the underprivileged people and showed compassion towards them.
The students visited Physiotherapy department and also saw the blind children working on computers with sound effects – brail script.

The mentally handicapped people were doing learning self vocational courses.

Ganesh Utsav on 1st Sept’ 2011 ‘Ganesh Sthapna’ was done followed by Arti in a traditional manner in esmerizing, musical and colourful procession.

The Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm. Students had organized a special programme for the teachers, wherein they presented songs, dances, mimicry and felicitated teachers with Greeting Cards, flowers and sweets.

A poetry writing competition was organized by “FRAME WORKS the media hub”. 40 students participated and all are awarded with certificates. Poetry of four students is published in a Book “Young Expressions 2010.

Dev Shah bagged the 2nd prize for his poetry “TERRORISM”.

Master Dhruv B. Pancholi XII B, Master Smit N Shah IX C, Master Shivam N. Shah IX B and Miss Niyanta Dave IX A represented Gujarat Team in chess Competition in 57th National School Games 2011-12 held at Jabalpur between 25th September’ 2011 to 29th September’ 2011. they were felicitated by DEO Dr. S. P Chaudhary,  Director of Bright Day School Shree Jayendra R. Shah and Joint Managing Trustee Mr. Simit J. Shah.
