Artistic Yogasana Pair
Madhavi Bhatt of Std 4-B and Khushi Bhatt of Std 8-C won 2nd position in Artistic Yogasana Pair under age group (Sub-Junior) organised by Vadodara Yogasana Sports Championship. Bright management congratulates them for their achievement!
TTAB-MSU Table Tennis Center
Krishna M Patel of Std 6th B secured second position in the under 13 girls event organised by Table Tennis Association at TTAB-MSU Table Tennis Center, Union Pavilion, The Maharaja Sayahirao University of Vadodara. She also received a cash prize of ₹1200. Congratulations to her by the Bright Family!
Archery Game
Kavya S Maurya has been selected for State Level Competition in Archery Game. Bright Family appreciates her efforts and wish her best luck for State level competition.
School Games Federation of India (SGFI)
Shlok Bhavsar of VIII-D secured Third position at District level in 100 meters running race organised by School Games Federation of India (SGFI). Congratulations to Shlok for this big achievement in athletic game !
Interschool Teachers' Competition
Umang Honouring Teachers, Interschool Teachers' Competition was organised by D. R. Amin Memorial School on 29th September 2023. Teachers of Shri J R Shah Bright School, Primary Section, VIP Unit participated in the DIVA MOVES Event with the Theme - Fusion of Folk and Western Dance.
Teachers bagged the First Prize and won Trophy, Certificate and Gift.
Mr. Ravi Solanki, Ms. Jalpa Shah, Ms. Hemal Vakil, Ms. Beena Desai, Ms. Krishna Lad, Ms. Swati, Ms. Ria Paltanwala, Ms. Priyanka Mishra and Ms. Shivangi Verma were the team of Performers.

Dance Competition
“ It’s those small moments on stage that are really special.”
Dance competition was organised at Shri J.R. Shah Bright School for Std V and VI on 24th August,2023 and for Std VII and VIII on 25th August,2023. The Competition began with great zest and excitement. The participants dressed in their colorful costumed, twirled around and set the stage on fire with their thrilling performance. The Judges Ms. Heta Thakkar and Ms. Dhwani Khatri were mesmerized by the performance of participants.
Shloka Competition
“The effort never goes to waste, and there is no failure. Even a little effort toward spiritual awareness will protect you from the greatest fear.”
Shloka Competition an initiative by Chinmay Mission was conducted today, 09-9-23, Saturday in the school.
Students from Std 1st to 8th participated and recited the shlokas of Chapter 4 from the Bhagavad Gita. An interactive session with the parents was conducted by Swami Deveshanandji related to spiritual, cultural and social topics.
Rangotsav Competition
Rangotsav Competition was conducted on 11-9-23, Monday, for hand writing, Greeting card making, Collage and Cartoon making. More than 500 students participated and made beautiful cards, collage work with colorful papers and drawing of their favorite cartoon character.
Avantika Competition
Avantika Competition was conducted on 16-9-23, Saturday, for Coloring the picture, Greeting card making and Essay writing. More than 700 students participated and made beautiful cards, coloured beautifully the picture and were writing essay with their creative mind on the given topic.
Independence Day
"Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country"
77th Independence Day was celebrated at Shri J R Shah Bright School Primary Section, VIP Unit on 11-8-2023, Friday.
The celebration was based on the theme ' EK KADAM AAZADI KI AUR' wherein drama and dances based on patriotism were performed by the students of Std V to VIII. The enthusiasm and nationalism spirit had no boundaries. To give it a special effect the tricolors were a part of the decorations.Chairman, Dr. Simit Shah, Ms. Swara ma’am, Principal Primary Section,
Ms. Rita Kantharia, and other sectional heads were present to motivate the students.
Kanha Janmotsav
Sweeter than honey, tastier than curd, pleasanter indeed than any happiness and joy is the company of Lord Krishna.
Kanha Janmotsav, celebration took place in Shri J R Shah Bright School, Primary Section on Monday, 04-09-2023.
The celebration included birth of little Lord Krishna, his power to destroy evil, his enjoyment of playing Holi with Radha, Goff dance, Kathputli dance and his enthusiastic Raas. The show also had small skits which showed Shivjis visit to enjoy Holi, King Kans who imprisoned Devki and Lord Krishna's power in turning Rangraj to ashes.
Goff dance is where the ropes/sarees are tied to a pole, it gets entangled through dance and again its opened through different steps of dance.
Teachers' Day
“ Teachers: lighting the path to greatness.”
5th September, Teachers' Day was celebrated at Shri J R Shah Bright School, Primary section, VIP Unit.
Dr. Radhakrishnan, believed that "Teachers should be the best minds in the country". Since 1962, his birthday has been celebrated in India as Teachers' Day on 5 September every year.
Student-Teachers from Std 6th to 8th played the role of their teachers and imparted their knowledge to the students. They acknowledged the contribution of their teachers who plays a significant role in shaping and moulding their students' future.
Ganesh Sthapana
Ganesh Sthapana puja was done with pomp and splendor in Shri J R Shah Bright School, Primary Section, VIP Unit on 18-9-23, Monday with the magnificent decoration resembling replica theme of Chandrayaan-3.
Lord Ganesh was welcomed with a fabulous procession in a decorated palki. Lord was accompanied by his family namely Lord Shiva, Parvati, Riddhi-Siddhi, Nandi and his Vahan Mushak. Our armed forces namely Army, Navy and Air force, fairies, dancers showcasing the dances from different states of India also few were dressed in costumes representing different states like Gujarat, Maharashtra, Punjab, etc. Famous Television superheroes, popular cartoon characters, roller skaters and many more added to the essence of the procession.
Ravi Sir gracefully performed on the beats of the Song, *Deva Shree Ganesha deva....
The happiness seemed all around in the air when the students were singing Ganpati Bappa Morya with full enthusiasm and excitement while welcoming the Lord.
Procter and Gamble
Adolescent puberty health talk was organised by Shri J.R. Shah Bright School for girls for grades 5th and 6th on 27th September 2023,Wednesday. Resource person, Ms. Jalpa Thakkar from Procter and Gamble interacted with the girls and shared information about importance of adolescent health.
