Inter School Patriotic Dance Competition
Nothing is more lovely and inspirational than witnessing our students cross new thresholds and scale new heights! It gives an immense pleasure to acknowledge the efforts of the Brightians from Classes 4 and 5, who have excelled and made us incredibly proud with their performance in the Inter School Patriotic Dance Competition, वीरांजलि Season – 2 which was organized by Sapphire Global School. We're overjoyed to report that our students secured FIRST position. The performances were extremely beautiful and the competition was tough one as each of the participant gave their best. The audience enjoyed the mesmerizing concepts and dance forms.

Nach Gujarat Dance Competition
Dance is dreaming with your feet! The Bright School CBSE VIP Unit adds another feather to its cap. On September 8, 2023, Bright School CBSE VIP Unit's students won first place in the Nach Gujarat Dance Competition with their amazing performance. Kudos to the winners and our choreographer Mr. Chirag Bhanu Rathod and Ms. Neha Shah for her support. Keep shining.
16th State Level Competition
Vamakshi Modi of Std IV C achieved 1st Runner Up for Level 2 in 16th State Level Competition of ALOHA. English Smart held at Gujarat, Nov - Dec 2022.
17th Independent Open Karate Champioship 2023
Divyanshi Kuwarba Vaghela got 2nd place ( Silver Medal) in kumite organised by The 17th Independent Open Karate Championship-2023 from 12th to 13th August 2023 at Sama Indoor Sports Complex New Sama Road,Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Independence Day - 12.08.2023
Bright School CBSE VIP celebrated Independence Day with a feeling of pride and nationalistic spirit. Brightians presented a programme "VEER GATHA" to honour the legacy of our brave soldiers who have made immense sacrifices to protect our country's freedom and sovereignty. Skits and dances were performed to pay tribute to the contribution of the brave soldiers and to show our gratitude for their selfless service towards the country.
This programme aimed to inspire the youth of our country to serve the nation and understand the importance of the values of patriotism, courage and sacrifice that are integral to the fabric of our society. It also helps in imbibing a sense of National pride and unity in the students. The programme was a great success as the students performed with confidence and patriotic spirit. All of this was possible with the support and guidance of our Management, Principal Ms Shobha Rajpurohit, Vice Principal Ms Jigna Shah, Incharge Sangita D' Cruz, Teachers and Choreographers Mr Chirag and Ms Neha.
National Sports Day - 29.08.2023
Bright School CBSE Karelibaug celebrated The National Sports Day on 29th August 2023 to mark the birth anniversary of hockey player Major Dhyan Chand Singh, who won gold medals in Olympics for India in the year 1928, 1932 and 1936. The students were mesmerized by watching the wonderful display of ancient games. They enjoyed playing all the games with their classmates and teachers. A message was given to students to play physical games instead of playing virtual games. Thanks to our Principal Ma'am Shobha Rajpurohit, Vice Principal Ma'am Jigna Shah for the creative ideas, Incharge Ma'am Sangita D'cruz and Special thanks to our management who always encourage and support us to bring our ideas live and successful.
Teachers Day - 05.09.2023
To awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge is the supreme art of the teacher.
The celebration of Teacher's Day is on September 5th to commemorate the birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was the second president of India and a great academic philosopher. The Bright Group of Schools founder, Sir Shri Jayendrabhai Shah, was fondly remembered by the teachers. The song 'Shukriya' was performed by our music sir, Mr. Darshit Pandya, to express gratitude to the teachers for their hard work and dedication. To show their love and respect for their teachers, the students performed the role of teachers and taught lessons in the classes. Our principal, Ms. Shobha Rajpurohit, and Managing Trustee, Ms. Shairavi Shah, appreciated the teachers and students.
Janmashtami - 06.09.2023
Brightians celebrated the birthday of divine Lord Krishna by presenting a skit along with dances by Std. I students. The ambience was filled with the fragrance of flowers and beautiful decoration. The students dressed up as Radhas and Krishnas looked mesmerizing. The Krishna Leelas were beautifully depicted by the students. The main attraction of the event was 'Matki Fod'.This successful event was possible only with the support and cooperation of our Management, heads and hard work of the teaching and non-teaching staff.
Hindi Divas - 14.09.2023
हिंदी दिवस १४ सितंबर को मनाया जाता है।१९४९ में हिंदी को राष्ट्रभाषा का दर्जा दिया गया था। तब से लेकर आज तक हर साल १४ सितंबर को हिंदी दिवस के तौर पर मनाया जाता है। " हिंदी हैं हम और हिंदी हमारी पहचान है। " ब्राइट स्कूल कारेलीबाग (सी बी एस ई) के छात्रों ने १४ सितंबर को हिंदी दिवस मनाया। छात्रों को हिंदी भाषा का महत्व बताया गया।
Ganesh Chaturthi - 20.09.2023
To seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha, Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated by the students of Bright School, CBSE VIP UNIT. Students were explained about the significance of the festival and the importance of eco-friendly ways of celebrating the festival. Lord Ganesha was welcomed with a small procession around the school premises.Students took part in the procession. The chants of "Ganpati Bappa Morya" mesmerized the ambience.
Card Making - 30.06.2023 (Std. I to III)
An intra house Card making Competition was organised on 11th August, 2023 for Grade 1-3 in the Bright School. The topics for the same were. "Birthday card", "International friendship day", Independence Day"(pop up cards).The students participated keenly and make beautiful card by the dint of their creativity. This activity aimed at exploring and encouraging creativity in childhood and giving them a platform to showcase their skill. Each of the cards made by the children was a treat to the eyes. This made the selection process extremely difficult for the judges. The event was a grand success. Finally the students were appreciated for their work.
BEST OUT OF WASTE - 30.06.2023 (Std. IV & V)
Little hands and imaginative minds came together in a creative burst of "Best out of waste" which was conducted on 30.06.23 Students of Std. 4 & 5 prepared very creative and innovative models and art items from different waste materials like newspapers, boxes ice cream sticks, paper plates etc. from these items. They created an array of display items leaving everyone totally impressed..
Patriotic Song Competition - 30.06.2023 (Std. VI & VII)
Sarfaroshi ki tamanna ab hamare dil mein hai, dekhna hai zor kitna baazu-e-qatil mein hai.
Independence is the breath of life. Today we are free because many sacrificed their lives for the country.
With a deep spirit of patriotism for our country, the students of Std. 6 & 7 participated in patriotic song competition on 11.08.23 and the winners of the competition were presented with awards. Many parents witnessed their children singing. The event was filled with patriotic fervor.
Rangotsav Competition - 30.06.2023 (Std. I to VII)
Creative competitions encourage children to think outside the box, explore their creative potential, and come up with unique ideas and concepts. Brightians participated in various Rangotsav Competitions :
Colouring, Collage, Greeting Card, Cartoon Making & Finger and thumb printing in the month of August 2023.Students showcased their creativity and talent by doing splendid work!!!
Geeta Chanting Competition - 30.06.2023 (Std. I to VII)
Bright School CBSE Unit Karelibaug, participated in "Chinmaya Geeta Chanting Competition" held by The Chinmaya Mission, Vadodara which was organised on 2nd September 2023, Saturday.
Swamiji in his special session for parents, explained about importance of chanting shlokas. The inaugural ceremony was graced by Swamiji and Our Director Dr. Simit Shah. The whole event was conducted smoothly under the supervision of our Principal Ma'am Shobha Rajpurohit, Vice Principal Ma'am Jigna Shah and Incharge Ma'am Sangita D'cruz.

The workshop was organised by IPN Leadership Academy. The topics covered in the workshop were Design thinking, Appreciative Inquiry and use of technology in teaching and learning. Overall it was an interesting workshop wherein teachers were also taught the use of chatgpt and other apps for different subjects.
