Students of Bright School CBSE VIP Unit participated in Shitoryu - Shotokan Open National Karate Championship 2023 Organised by Shitoryu Karate Association of India and *Shotokan International Karate Do Organization.

Fance Fiesta
A wonderful concert 'Dance fiesta' was presented by the students of Grade 2 on 20th January 2023. The theme was World dances wherein students performed on various forms of dances around the world such as shiv stuti, Salsa, flamenco, belly dance, hiphop, fan dance, umbrella dance. Various Indian dances such as bharatanatyam, manipuri dance, garba and bhangra. The event was graced by our Chairman Sir Simit Shah, Managing trustee Madam Shairavi Bhayani, Directress Madam Swara Shah. The last presentation was the celebration of 'Ram Mandir'. All enjoyed the concert.
Annual Sports Meet
“Sportsmanship is not about winning or losing. It is the art of playing gracefully. Bright School CBSE Unit, Karelibaug organised ‘Annual Sports Meet’ on 11th January, 2024 in the school premises for the students of Std I to VII. It was a huge celebration of athleticism, competition and sportsmanship. The event started with the releasing of balloons by our respected Chairman Sir Simit Shah with the declaration of the Sports Meet open which was followed by School song & March Past by the student council and special achievers of 2023-2024. The principal of our school Madam Shobha Rajpurohit handed over the torch to the sports captain which was followed by different races such as Animal Walk, Sack race, Relay race, Target ball, Arranging the dumbbells and many more. The students & parents enjoyed the Sports Meet. Winners were awarded with medals. We appreciate the BUDDING SPORTS STARS; OUR BRIGHTIANS who displayed tremendous sportsmanship spirit.
Republic Day
Bright School CBSE Karelibaug celebrated Republic Day with patriotic fervour on 27th January, 2024. The programme commenced with National Anthem. The students performed dances on patriotic songs. It was captivating to see students of Class VI and VII in tricolour attires. The students of Std 1 marched in their house uniforms rhythmically to the patriotic song sang by the students.
Founder's Day
In fond and loving memory of Sir Shri Jayendrabhai Shah ,the founder of Bright Institution ; a 'Brain O Vita' quiz was conducted for the students of Std. I to VII on his Birth Anniversary 7th February, 2024. WINNERS WERE AWARDED WITH KNOWLEDGE BOOKS.
Annual Prize Distribution
Annual Prize Distribution function was organized at Bright School CBSE Unit, Karelibaug on 17th February,2024.The function started with prayer and school song .Students were given rewards for their efforts and hard work in various fields such as KHEL MAHAKUMBH, SPECTRUM,NACH GUJARAT & VEERANJALI DANCE COMPETITION, NUKKAD NATIKA,SPECIAL ACHIEVERS OF OUTSIDE COMPETITIONS. The winner house was rewarded with house trophy. Student council members were felicitated. Our Managing Trustee Ma'am Shairavi Bhayani, Our Principal Ma'am Shobha Rajpurohit,Vice Principal Ma'am Jigna Shah and Incharge Ma'am Sangita D'cruz, distributed the prizes to the winners. Kuddos!! to all the winners who made their parents and teachers proud.

Maths and Science Exhibition
Bright School Karelibaug organized a Science and Mathematics exhibition on 6th January2024.The exhibition showcased innovative projects ranging from practical applications to theoretical concepts and included interactive demonstrations, simulations, and hands-on experiments, fostering a deeper understanding of complex mathematical and scientific principles.
It was graced by the presence of the Chairman of the school Dr Simit Shah, Madam Shobha Rajpurohit (Principal), Madam Jigna Shah (Vice Principal) and Madam Sangita D'Cruz (Incharge). Students of Std 6 & 7 displayed various working models on topics such as magnetic car, hydro electricity, wind energy, volcanic eruptions, hologram, solar system, human organ systems, hydraulic system etc. They also displayed charts on these topics. A Mathematics Corner, Robotics Corner and a 3-D Corner.
