Father's Day
To honor and appreciate the incredible role that fathers play in our lives, Father's Day Activity was conducted on 14th June, 2025. The activity was filled with warmth, creativity, and laughter, as students of Std.I & II expressed their love and gratitude for their dads by making creative cards for their father. It was not just an activity, but a meaningful reminder of the love and support that fathers provide every day.
Yoga Day and Music Day
Our school celebrated International Yoga Day and World Music Day with great enthusiasm and energy on 21st June 2025. Both the celebration aimed to promote physical well-being through yoga and the joy of music which helped in nurturing the inner spirit of our students.
A Yoga session was conducted in the school auditorium. Students along with teachers, participated in a guided series of yoga postures and breathing exercises. The session emphasized the importance of mental clarity, concentration, and physical fitness. Following the yoga session, the celebration transitioned into a musical festivity to mark World Music Day. Melodious musical performances added joy to the celebration, uplifting the presence of rhythm and melody in bringing people together.The celebration of Yoga Day and Music Day evoked the value of inner peace, discipline and happiness in everyone making it a truly inspiring and memorable day for all.

No Bag Day – A Fun-Filled Learning Experience!
To bring joy into learning, our school celebrated "Bagless Day" on 12th July 2025,Saturday. This special day encouraged students to step into school without their usual backpacks — and instead, carry curiosity, creativity, excitement and skill education.Classrooms were transformed into spaces of fun, exploration, and hands-on education.No Bag Day wasn’t just about leaving bags at home—it was about carrying back memories, lessons, and smiles. Bagless Day - 19.07.2025
Bagless Day was a resounding success, offering students a fresh perspective on learning. Such days not only enrich the educational experience but also contribute to the holistic development of every child. The students were visibly enthusiastic and participated with great zeal throughout the day. Their smiles and energy reflected the joy of learning beyond the confines of textbooks and classrooms.
Guru Purnima
Guru Purnima Celebration in School – A Heartfelt Tribute to Our Mentors
Guru Purnima, a day dedicated to honor and express gratitude towards our teachers and mentors, was celebrated with great reverence and enthusiasm in our school auditorium. The celebration began with a serene prayer session, invoking blessings from the Almighty and paying homage to the Gurus who guide us with wisdom and knowledge.The students presented a skit emphasizing the pivotal role that teachers play in shaping the lives of students, not just academically, but also morally and emotionally.
Students also presented handmade cards, flowers, and tokens of appreciation to their teachers as a gesture of gratitude and respect. Guru Purnima in our school was not just a celebration—it was a reminder of the deep bond between a teacher and a student, and a reaffirmation of the respect and love we hold for our educators.

STUDENT COUNCIL ELECTION
Student council elections are important because they offer students valuable opportunities to develop leadership skills, participate in democratic processes, and advocate for their peers and the school community. These elections help students learn about governance and organizing events, while also providing a platform for expressing their needs and concerns.
The Student Union Election for the year 2025-2026 was held at Bright School CBSE Unit - Karelibaug on 24th June 2025. Students of Std V to VIII actively participated in the election process under the guidance of our Principal Madam Jigna Shah and Incharge Madam Sangita D'Cruz. Nomination forms were provided to the students of Std VII and Std VIII and computerized voting was conducted. Students casted their votes and received a mark of identification on their index finger as a sign of participation. Finally the votes were counted and the names of the winners were announced. All the winners were applauded by the Management.
INVESTITURE CEREMONY

The Investiture Ceremony was organized at Bright School CBSE Unit Karelibaug on 01.07.2025. The Chairman of Bright School, Dr. Simit Shah and the Directress Madam Swara Shah conferred the newly elected Student Union Leaders with badges and sashes. The students pledged to work hard with determination. It was a proud moment for all the parents to witness their children being selected as union leaders with great responsibilities while embarking on a new journey as leaders. Ma'am Shobha Rajpurohit (Administrator), Ma'am Jigna Shah ( Principal), Ma'am Sangita D'Cruz (Incharge) and Madam Jyoti Sawarkar (Coordinator) motivated the students to fulfill their new responsibilities with great determination.
